Pine Valley, New Jersey
- Located in Pine Valley, Camden County, New Jersey and founded in 1913 by a group of golfers from Philadelphia.
- It offers a shuttle service from Philadelphia Airport if required.
- Membership is by invitation only from the board of directors, and is currently Male only. Guests are allowed to play if invited and accompanied by a member and Women can play on Sunday afternoons only.
- Since 2003, the club has been featured in the Best Courses of the World/US in various golf magazines.

Cypress Point, California
- Founded in 1928 and located in Pebble Beach, Cypress Point is set in coastal dunes.
- Offering just a single 18-hole course, the course is well known for its three holes that are played along the Pacific Ocean.
- When playing here, management require all players to have caddies.
- The signature hole is number 16, and in order to play this hole you must tee a shot of 231 yards over the pacific to a green.

Royal Melbourne, Australia
- Located in Black Rock, Victoria, Melbourne and founded in 1891, it holds 36 holes across the courses.
- The Women’s Australian Open was held here back in 2012 and again in 2015.
- Royal Melbourne is Australia’s oldest, continually existing Golf Club.
- The first time the President’s Cup was held outside of the US was also here in 1998 and then again in 2011.

Shinnecock Hills, New York
- Founded in 1891 and claiming to be the oldest formal organised club in the US, it is situated in Southampton, Long Island, New York.
- It has the oldest clubhouse in the US opening in 1892 and was the first to admit Women (which it did from the beginning).
- It has hosted the US Open four times on its 18-hole course in 1896,1986,1995 and 2004. It is also due to host it again this year and in 2026.
- Shinnecock Hills was ranked 2nd in Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest courses for 2007 and 2008, moving down to 3rd in 2009.

Augusta National, Georgia
- Located, funnily enough in Augusta, Georgia, it was founded in 1933. Making it the youngest course on the list.
- It hosts The Masters tournament every year on it’s 18-hole course and has done since 1934.
- This year, it has been voted the number one Platinum Club of the World by the Club Leaders Forum of Golf and Country Clubs.
- Formerly a tree nursery, each hole is named after the tree in which it has been associated. Such as, Magnolia, Juniper and Holly to name a few.
