Terms and Conditions

About The Promoter:

1. The ‘Sunshine Saturday Holiday Vouchers’
   competition is run by Holidaysafe.co.uk. Holidaysafe and Holidaysafe.co.uk are
   trading names of Travel Insurance Facilities Plc, Suite 12, 20 Churchill Square, Kings Hill,
   West Malling, Kent, ME19 4YU (“The Promoter”)

How to Enter:

1. Entrants must use the code ‘SUNSHINE20’ when
   purchasing their policy to be entered into the competition. Any entries
   received via an alternative means other than a purchased policy with the code
   ‘SUNSHINE20’ will not be considered.
   
   
   
   
2. You must be a Holidaysafe customer to leave an entry,
   and to win the prize.

• In order to qualify for the prize draw, you must
  purchase a policy with the code ‘SUNSHINE20’ and over the age of 18.

The Prize:

1. The Prize for buying a policy with the code
   ‘SUNSHINE20’ is entry into a quarterly prize draw, with the chance to win £500
   of TUI Holiday Vouchers (“The Prize”). The Prize is non-negotiable and cannot
   be exchanged, upgraded, transferred or refunded for a physical alternative.
   However, if we are unable to provide TUI Holiday Vouchers, for any reason, we
   will choose a subsequent alternative prize of the same value.
   
   
   
   

Sending the Prize:

1. On the 10^th February 2020, the prize
   draw entries will be reviews and the winner contacted.

• The winning policyholder “The Winner” will be contacted by email by a representative of Holidaysafe Travel Insurance. If The Promoter (Holidaysafe Travel Insurance) does not receive a response from The Winner within 7 days after first contact, The Promoter shall deem the voucher/s as unclaimed.
  
  
• The Winner will be contacted via the email address entered during the policy purchase process. It is up to the Winner to make sure their details are correct before submitting them.
  
  
• The Winner will be sent their voucher/s via email.
  
  
• If upon review of entries received, the entries are found to have bought and subsequently cancelled their policy, the holiday vouchers will not be awarded to the Winner. The Winner must have, or have had, a live policy in order for the voucher/s to be received.

Legal:

1. The Promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the ‘Sunshine Saturday Holiday Vouchers Competition’ terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and any revisions or amendments. The entrant agrees that The Promoter will not accept liability for such changes or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.
